Earlier this month we hopped in the car and drove north to Napa County. The temperatures in the Bay Area have been chilly but we were lucky enough to choose a day filled with warmth, sunshine and clear skies. Besides a day away from the office our intent was to connect with our Compass colleagues in another market. It always amazes us how different a real estate market can be even 1-1/2 hours up the road.
One of the goals for our business is making connections with Compass agents in the top markets across the country. This helps us have a breadth of knowledge that has a positive impact on what we do here in the Silicon Valley and has created a database of like-minded real estate advisors who we feel confident in referring to our clients. We have referred clients to areas all over the country such as Austin, Nashville, NYC, Las Vegas, Palm Desert, Denver, Aspen, Scottsdale and many more.
