Several of our sellers (Sunnyvale, Los Gatos, Campbell and Cambrian) are in the midst of preparing their homes for the fall market. At the same time, our buyers are back in a multiple offer market. More often than not, they are competing with 10+ other offers across Silicon Valley cities and price points.
