As we are well into fall and the holidays are quickly approaching, there is a continued “cooling” of the real estate market. In general, listings are on the market longer and with a decreased number of offers compared to the first half of the year. Listing price is more important than ever to get properties under contract in a timely manner.

Hercules Draft House & Cantina – Los Gatos
Hercules Draft House & Cantina opened their doors last month on the corner of Saratoga-Sunnyvale Rd & University Ave. Serving Mexican fare, seafood and craft cocktails, we were eager to give it a go. Our favorites of the night were the birria tacos with beef consomme (highly recommend), charred octopus and the margaritas!
